Our dynamic team has kept us at the forefront of the game with two of our recent residential apartment schemes in the ever-popular upmarket area Bantry Bay, as well as linking up with a hotel operator to fast-track the development of the Leisure Hotels Group.

We are also proud to have been the front-runner in completing the first inner-city conversion from commercial to residential, in Loop Street, and the first with the largest number of apartments, together with a full lifestyle centre, at ‘Perspectives’, in Roeland Street.
