Matrics of 2011

Our first 2 learners matriculated last year. Both achieved good Bachelor’s passes and were accepted into tertiary institutions, with logistical support by the Trust in ensuring their smooth passage into the respective universities.

Ghowa has secured a bursary from the Leisure Hotel Group to attend the Hotel School of the Cape Peninsula University of Technology and Charney a one-­year bursary for studies at the University of Cape Town from an anonymous donor. She is doing a BA degree with the view of moving to the law faculty in her second year.

Donations needed:

The trust learners are taking part in a variety of sport activities at their respective schools and therefore need any sport equipment in a usable condition as donations.

We are also looking for books for the learners to read. Collection of these items can be arranged. This is the perfect opportunity to clear out items in good condition which you no longer need!
